False Bay Rugby Football Club

The 100 Club was founded in 2006 by past-Chairman, Andy Calmeyer, with the aim of forming an interest group to provide the financial backbone required to underpin the operational activities of the Club and to ensure it retains its competitiveness in the leagues.

The intention was to create an informal chat session with notable rugby people in a convivial environment at the Club, on three occasions through the year. Past speakers have included the likes of Corne Krige, Pieter Rossouw, Jonathan Kaplan, Gert Smal, Rassie Erasmus, Gary Gold & Jean De Villiers. With the final function a R5000 CASH DRAW is held for a lucky member. Recent lucky winners have been Alan Footman and Dennis Nick. Ask them!

The 100 Club is a wonderful forum to meet old rugby friends over a glass of wine, and Andy always ensures that a fine spread of cheese and snacks is laid on. What we also guarantee is interesting inside information and the perspective of those deeply involved in the game.

In addition through your membership of the 100 Club you become a paid-up member of False Bay RFC for the year and are entitled to the benefits thereof, which include facility hire for conferencing, private functions, etc.
